iPhone6 Boots No Screen Display. Screen Has Been Changed

Presume this is a display chip or other hardware issue. Phone boots up okay and can be seen in iTunes. No screen display visual or touch even after entire screen replacement. Is there a component normally responsible for this type of failure?

if you use a flashlight during startup you should see the apple logo if it is a backlight problem.

If you can't then it is probably an image problem, which I have a phone like that now and I haven't been able to figure it out.

Screw damage i think, common issue. Bottom one near to processor, under it there is layer responsible for the picture.
