Start by checking the resistance values on your J4501 (backcam connector)

This shows the correct resistance values, disregard the blank ones.

P.S : You must measure them in diode mode, not in ohms.

Jumping into this topic.

I got a iPhone 7 here with the same issues. i measured the values.
They are about the same. 0.050 difference

camera and flash not working..

whenever camer and flash is not working, usually it was the camera itself that went wrong.

Yep, agree!

If the RCAM connector readings are good, then try another RCAM to see if it solves the problem.

try to change first the back camera.
if back camera is not working flashlight wont work too...
