iPod Touch 2G touch control

Hello,

my digitizer touched itself, and i replace them. Problem is not solved. In iPhone motherboard schematic i find touch control (Broadcom BCM5974). I want reball this chip, but i cant find it on my ipod touch 2g. Could You give me some clue where i find this chip?
