ipod touch volume -

Hi,
have an ipod touch 4....flex is soldered correctly and no shorts, but vol - button is like continuosly pushed. As soon as i power on the ipod and unlock it,the volume goes from MAX to 0. Then, i could increase with vol + button but vol - doesn't work anymore!

you'll need to check that the volume buttons themselves are functioning correctly. You need to remove the logic board and and rel;ease the metal backplate from the volume buttons and expose the dimple buttons and see if that fixes it. It soulds like the Down button is continously depressed.

Worst case scenario is to replace the volume, on/off flex.

the problem is in the pads of the flex, soldered to the mainboard. The last (relative to vol -) sometimes short with the 3rd (GND) and make the contact...resoldered everything but last only half hour then the problem happened again, don't know why

home button fixed, but still no solution for charging.
When i plug the USB cable, it recognize it and showing battery almost discharged, but the icon is not IN CHARGING, the icon is in CHARGE COMPLETED (icon of AC power plug).
And also very often the display light up itself, like sometimes power button is pushed, but they are good, flex already changed
Solutions?

just thinking about that PMIC and charging coil are exactly opposite (on bottom) respect the pads of the FLEX.
Maybe, using too much heat (the previous flex i've soldered many many times before bin it, tried also using the heatgun) i've damaged the coil or the PMIC and now they need reball.
Is that possible? Please someone help me!
