Exclamation Iphone 7 headphones not detected

Hello!
i have an Iphone 7 32gb with NO AUDIO IC symptoms (no slow boot, CAN record voice memos, can use loudspeaker) but it don't recognize the wired headphones, we have tried a new dock connector but this is not the problem.
Tried a restore, upgrade, ecc no luck.

Anyone?
