Missing PPVCC_MAIN - Ipad Air

Hi,
Any idea why could PPVCC_MAIN is missing when connected to USB?
There are no shorts and PPVBUS_USB_DCIN is present.
Also, D8100 is fine.

This happened after nand desoldering:
First due to heating PP1V8_NAND rail was shorted. Found a shorted capacitor by injecting power to the rail and check for heating.
Then the board came to life, enter DFU -> Recovery...all OK.

Next day, the board was dead: PPVCC_MAIN is missing...
Thx,
