hi friends

i got an iphone 5 with [NAND] _FindFlashMediaAndKeepout error and stuck in recovery mode

[NAND ] _FindFlashMediaAndKeepout :601 physical nand block offset 1
[NAND ] start :356 this 0x9f538400 PROVIDER=0x9f6b1f00 flashMedia=0x9f6b1f00
[NAND ] WMR_Start : 149 Apple PPN NAND Driver , Read/Write
[NAND ] WMR_Start : 174 FIL_Init [OK]
[NAND ] WMR_Open : 371 VFL_Open [OK]
[NAND ] s_cxt_boot : 88 sftl : error , unclean shutdown; adopted 11280 spans
[NAND ] WMR_Open : 420 FTL_Open [OK]
[NAND ] _publishServices : 642 FTL capabilities : 0x00000001
[NAND ] _ppnvflGetStruct : 3469 Checking borrowed blocks - count : 23 max_count : 23
[NAND ] _fetchBorrowedList : 881 number of borrowed blocks 16

*:try to do software restore many times
*: replaced battery and tried
but same condition

any solved solutions

just remove compass ic near front camera connector

This cause the promoxity and front camera problem? Fix that or change the lcd the phone is 100% water demage

i removed all flex cables, only with dock, battery, but some result....

the motherboard is clean , anyway cleaned with tinner very well , same .........

Check if you have PP3V0_NAND (~3v dc)

I had the same problem today, compass ic damaged, removed, and now it work !

I am having the same problem with an iphone 5c. Does anyone know where is the compass ic located in the 5c? And would that also be the problem in this model? Thx

I confirm it helped me with the iphone 5c. And it is in the same location in the pcb.
