Member: 2228871 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | no clean flux vs regular flux? I'am new to soldering. i came cross different types of flux and wouldn't sure what are the differences. i tried googling for answer but couldn't find any. what are the benefits of each one and differences about it? I looked on ebay "no clean flux" seems to be more expensive. the type of repair i will be doing is iPhone battery connector fix and iPod touch 5th new battery soldering. |

Member: 1881142 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | According to my knowledge : Normal flux eats traces if you dont clean it well. No clean flux "cleans it self" so it wont eat the traces. Dont take this 100% because i'm not sure. |
