No screen iPad 4

Hi, i have a problem with an ipad 4, the screen does not work anymore.

The iPad works because, you hear the sound of the keys or when you put in charge. Another thing I've noticed that when you put in charge, you hear all the time as if the noise comes off and hang up the cable to recharge.

On the motherbard i have found this capacitor burn (photo attachment):

Seems fuse L2201 to U2200 broke. Check if U2200 shorted messure the caps around the IC.
Most likely you need to replace U2200, but If no shotcut found, then jumper L2201
