phone 5, bottom mic not working!!! - GSM-Forum

Hi there, having replaced the screen and volume/power ribbon on a 5 its all gone back together v nicely, but the only issue the phone is left with is no bottom mic!!

everything else works, both other mics are fine, but the bottom mic (beside charger port) will not pick up voice when on call, initiate speakerphone whilst on a call and other person can hear you no problem, also no issue recording sound on video, or communicating with earphones on a call, just that darn bottom mic!! have obviously tried replacing it, x2 now, with no luck, but cant help think its something else causing this.........a real headscratcher!!!

Please bring it to a professional, the bottom mic must be disconnected. If it is correctly connected then it is damaged, you need a new one.
