apple iphone 4s .. does not update, it always remains (look IPHONE)

is it in dfu mode? have you checked the flex home connector?

Flex connector test ok...
the problem persists, being updated, the message always comes out on itunes (iphone look)

in dfu mode the phone does not goes well ... I explain:
if I go to turn the phone off .... rest when I plug the cable into the PC ... is recognized by itunes in recovery mode (but always black screen) after I do the restore procedure (office software package) exits the apple and the loading phase ... but they will not unlock .. apple always comes out and you just ...
