Member: 2098114 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | First you have to remove black resin round the chip,put lot of lux, then you have to put air at max power 280-300c degrees and use scalpel to put under some corners or sides of the chip for apply little preassure for separate chip from board...For reflow remove always black resin round the chip, put lot of flux, then apply 300-340c degrees when you see components around with liquid alloy don't stay for little time more on the chip then let cool down...but i don't believe lot in this techniques This video is on iphone 4 but will hepl you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8FUGLEdfwKw |
