this iphone use 5 mt and show this warning and back side very hot
i am slove this problem today. its very hard operation

yes it's right maybe the problem in another port like PMIC if the PMIC gets hot the iphone show this msg
when you see this msg its mean some port in the iphone shorted

I encountered this problem already and I just replaced battery and all is well maybe different cases causes this temp problem

its a case to case basis..when that part is on heat then thats the part you need to remove but if not heating then dont do it..

done 1 before upon inspection found out that the board is shorted with water,, in some connector so clean... assemble... done..

you need to trouble shoot,, if you have digital volt tester or signal frequency meter you can trace this problem, just check the proper voltage flow to the charging ways may be the problem is in there
