touch screen iphone 4s

hello,
Excuse me for my English.
the touch screen of my iPhone 4s does not work (bad contact) on a strip of 1/2 inch vertical right.
Is the U19 ic need resolder or should we check things before?
Thank you for this very complete forum.

It's either H6 or G8 to the right of the vertical line U19 circuit?

Where is your problem now?
What do you mean exactly saying "already done"? Did you reheat U19 or did you remove U19? Replaced oder recalled? Problem solved or not?

"already done" is the touch screen change.
I think the best solution "fairly easy" is to start with a hot air station, but is it sustainable?
Or should we do further testing before?
