Weird ! App Store downloads fails via WIFI or LTE. Works via Bluetooth - GSM-Forum

Hi, I'm having a strange case with my ipad air 2 lte.

I can't download apps if i'm connected via WIFI or celular data

. I always get a message error 'this app can not be downloaded at this time'.

I'm having some success if I use a VPN app like opera VPN, but I still get some errors.

But now, I'm trying downloading apps via internet tethering through bluetooth from my macbook and I have NO errors. It works fine, but of course the speed is very, very slow.

So, anyone here knows what is the issue with the wifi or cellular data of my ipad? I have to say that youtube, internet, etc... works fine. Wifi speed seems good too.. The only problem is downloading apps from the app store.

Yes, I already restored via DFU, itunes, tried ios 11.3 beta 4, changed language, changed date, used a new apple id..., everything...My iphone and ipad mini works fine too with my wifi.
