380c to 420 airflow 4 to 6 i dont tend to use seconds as a guide i use an exacto knife when it slides under gentle upwards pressure to flick off the nand.

to consider also the problem of cooling the opposite side of the board ..es iphone 5 / 5s for overheating CPU. so before removing the nand place the board on a metal part to dissipate heat, invent something.

hello guy today i tried to remove the nand of ipad 4 but i couldnt i lift some pads from the nand socket so i ****ed up the logic board ... i am using hakko 802 hot air station and with big nozzle about 1 minute at 380C it couldnt remove nice and clean.. before start removing the nand i remove the glue , preheat about 1 minute the board and after that i start ... now i have ordered another board and will try again , but before that will practice on another boards and will wait for some advice .. i have a plan now , will start from the CPU direction , by removing this metal frames and from there will be more more easy i think , because today i tried from corners and i couldnt
