U4_RF is for BB info stored in it like imei wifi,bluetooth address etc.
On top of CPU stay RAM i think like in 2G,3G,3GS also other phones.
U1 is mass memory where is flashed ios & stored music,photos etc.

THANKS my friend but if the imei wifi bluetooth adress in U4_RF why when we dont have imei ( serial number) we change U9_RF

Maybe in iPhones is like in Nokia phones imei is stored in both CPU & Flash.

No bro try Replace first BB Flash if not help Replace BB CPU,because one of them have stored as master so it will override it.

changed bb ic and restored to 5.0.1
model and serial not changed imei changed to 00499901

must to change A4 CPU?

is phone unlocked it work now with any sim or no?

after change phone deactivated and with out sim on searching after restore phone detect sim card but not active after jail break checked about model and serial number was for locked phone and imei changed from 001 to 0049.
base band update to 4.11.8 and no network and not detect gevey because model is MC605LL

Ok you replaced only BB CPU try now Replace BB Flash that is near.
I didn't do this.

Are you sure BB Flash is good from that phone?
Possible BB Flash damaged from other phone but BB CPU good.
