Perhaps the team has forgotten that there are many HUAWEI sets in the market to be unlocked.

You lost nothing (only 5 sec.) but you become a legal registered user.

One example:
Sometimes users ask us to block their Dongles that was stolen.
If you are a registered user - you can send to us a request via e-mail, and if e-mail is correct (the same as registration data) - we can block or trace stolen dongle and we will provide information to legal Dongle owner.

i had not brought tool from reseller i brought second party. now i want register my tool but i do not have any inform about reseller.

You can enter any data in "Reseller" field.
Main thing that you will be able to remember what you have entered during registration (in case of any problems with your Dongle).
It's an information for you, not for us.
