| Blocked dongle, Error #31, Error 6985 etc. Dear Friends, Before use Infinity-CDMA software, please, check your PC and follow the next easy rules to avoid blocked Dongle: - Do not use any kind of usb-sharing software - Do not use any kind of port sniff software - Do not use any kind of trace software - Do not use any kind of spy software - Do not use any kind of debug software If you Dongle become blocked make this: 1. make a list of software that is installed at your PC 2. make a screenshot of Task Manager (list of running processes). 3. make a screenshot of running Services 4. contact to dongle@infinity-box.com and we will check what is wrong with your PC and your Dongle Thank you for your kind reading and understanding !
