old version open good 1.78
1.79,80,81 not opening

What is the problem exactly with software ?
What is wrong if you try to run software ?

My problem is sloved in new version 1.82

CDMA-Tool v1.82 uploaded in support area.
It's just a minor bug fix release, if your software v1.81 works well - you do not need to update urgently.
