Samsung S189 does not unlock - GSM-Forum

i want to unlock samsung s189 but mobile does not unlock every time show this-

COM15 [sscdmdm0] selected
module v1.58
Device: Samsung-SCH-S189
operation: SP-unlock
Phone should be Switched ON !
connecting...
Connecting, wait...
error: can't activate test mode
If phone can not be connected after several tries make this:
1. Insert original sim card in phone
2. Power-On phone
3. go to Menu, press 6 then * and type password 123456
4. go to "Port Map", HKF
5. select "UART1"
error: operation failed
Finished, time used: 26 sec

Phone Not Connected Well Phone Should b Powered On Fully Check Your Cable Connection Also

with another cable my problem is same and mobile also power on while unlocking

Check Ur Phone Settings HFK Mode Must B Enabled For Uart Unlock Follow Procedure
If phone can not be connected after several tries make this:
1. Insert original sim card in phone
2. Power-On phone
3. go to Menu, press 6 then * and type password 123456
4. go to "Port Map", HKF
5. select "UART1"
After That Perform Unlocm Operation

i did this but not success and this message was come while unlocking so please tel me another way for solution.
