Exclamation 31.08.2013 Update - i545 updated ME7 bootloader question

For the 31.08.2013 update I see the bootloader was updated to the ME7 version:

"Samsung S4 i545 - updated bootloader files to ME7 version"

The ME7 bootloader patches an exploit that allows custom recovery/roms. Does this RIFF update mean if I resurrect a phone on the previous firmware (MDK), the bootloader will be updated?

If so, that is a HUGE negative. I have seen it is possible to downgrade the bootloader from ME7 back to MDK using JTAG (downgrading is otherwise prevented/blocked), but I can't find the process. Ideally the MDK bootloader should always be used, NO ONE wants the new ME7.

If the devs see this, please take note! Or if anyone can provide the files and steps to downgrade from ME7 to MDK it would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately my phone is already on ME7, but it is ultimately my goal to downgrade the bootloader and rom to MDK. You are blocked from doing this via ODIN and other regular means. I've read you can downgrade using JTAG, which is my ultimate goal via RIFF.

As far as we know - this is impossible at the moment.
Writing dump from older version wont help since there are also QFUSE changed.
This requires a bit more time to be investigated.

I know attempting to downgrade normally via ODIN fails at an auth check. Is it possible the qfuse tripped is used in this ODIN check, but is unrelated to the fuses checked for the actual boot routine? Such that the qfuse that was tripped isn't used in ANY routines on the older firmware.

If this were the case, you could flash all the proper sections via JTAG, and proceed to do a normal restore with the older MDK firmware via ODIN.

What do you think? This must be the case, since user h311sdr0id at xda-developers is reporting the downgrade is possible. h311sdr0id is a recognized developer with a good reputation, so I doubt he has reason to lie.

legija, to test my theory, could I get the old Samsung_I545 dll resurrector? I believe if you resurrect all sections with the old firmware, ODIN will allow the factory MDK update(downgrade) to be installed.

In a semi-unrelated note... I could try this manually with eMMC Partition Table FullFlash Image Files Processing Plugin (eMMCDiskPartitions dll), but there are no plugins listed in the Check for Updates dialog. All the resurrectors are there, and I'm on the latest software/firmware, but I can't find any way/anywhere to download the plugin!

Thanks

Where can I download those files? Old Samsung_I545 resurrector and eMMCDiskPartitions?

Thanks!

Any update on when plugins will be available for 1.51?

Also, do you or anyone have a full SCH-I545 dump from a phone running MDK firmware?

I've got the stock MDK ODIN image, is there anyway to flash individual partitions from the ODIN image w/ RIFF JTAG Manager?

It has been over a week and there are still no plugins available. What is the delay? I paid for quick shipping of my RIFF because I thought I would be able to use it when it arrived
