I've checked schematics for Z10 with MSM8960, and it seems that JTAG port is NOT routed at all.

IF there are JTAG pads on board, then it's simple, since this CPU is fully supported for long time.

maybe u need check very good, but this modele can support jtag, is fully tested , or maybe u dont have the tools for make it,

As I said, I checked schematics only, not the phone board it self.
If it has JTAG port pads on board, it's simple, this CPU is supported by RIFF First in the world. (Even the fused ones)
