After downloading new DLLs, Couldn't connect to the updates server - GSM-Forum

My riff box not connect to server after format n reinstall...i also try by fix support bt not working all my other box r working perfectly n connect to internet....

Before the problem when i try repair boot it gives error i read some where to format n try agin...h/w ins. failed something like that...

I SOLVED MY PROBLEM..........no supporter till now reply me it means bad support........

hello support, i just bought my new Riff box from gsm-server, i never used this box so im still new. i am facing i faced this prompt at first then i registerd my email and password. but still every time when i open riff it shoiws this

if i put my log in it accepts but i just wanted to know is this normal or something missing, this error shows every time i open riff jtag manager

Each time You download new file (DLL) from server, You need to update license file.
This is normal.

thanks bro, also another thing, where can i find jag pinouts for samsung ,lg, htc, huawei etc, are they found on support or how can i download the pinouts

Simply click "Interface Pinout" button. Everything is included within model DLL.

ive got a similar problem ive just install the box now on this computer after about 6 months or more and is not updating , is the server down?
it says error during communication with the riff server . Couldnt connect to updates server, try again later
