I used all the features in this period. But on 30/01/2017 to resurrect T999, its asking me to connect to the server. Then, its says 30 credits require.

What does this means? to my knowledge it is contradicting your statement which you had quoted (see above in red color).

Now the box is useless none of the feature works as it connects to the server, even I had lost my old version. Its forcing to buy 30 credits.

What to do in this case? Please reply.

connect today and Expired Account??



I do not use my RiffBox very often and when I connect today, after about 2 months without using it, it tells me that the account has Expired, when I use it to activate.

Account Expired???

BOX SN: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx


and later i can't Validate my BOX




Anyone of support can help me?

Same for me , why can't use our box that we have paid the price, that we use rarely, and indeed when we certainly need it , we cant use it "you force us to pay why

You don't need to downgrade firmware in order to continue using box.
What You need is to read and understand information provided here on this and on RIFF official support forum:

If Your support is expired, remember that New Year gift is valid by 28th of January. After that, You can use only last activated module (JTAG or eMMC/SD). Make sure to activate module which You mostly need before that date !





Obviously, You can not download new files or switch licensed module after free period is finished.
