Always get RTCK signal does not respond - GSM-Forum

Hi,

My box is not working properly, it gives me RTCK signal does not respond with every phone I connect.

I already opened the box and check continuity from ALVC164245 chip pin to the end of the wire am using to connect to the phone.
Also, uninstalled the software, updated the firmware to 1.37

I have pictures of my botherboard if you need them

I bougth if from Soportedigital in Caracas-Venezuela on January 2013

try to lowet rtck signal adjust I face same problem
