ı dont have any problem all samsung phones but htc's kiling me

Either You soldered it very badly, or there is some issue with 20 pin ribbon cable.

From log i could say something wrong with NRST wire, or GND.

you are rigt legija ı use normal cable maybe cable has problem. ı dont have jtag set. what you have advice for cable ı will try again different

Copper wire or old IDE cable :-)

thanks legija ı use just short cable all ok. ı have done already 5 pieces htc and i am happy anymore
