Hi

First you must check phone history.if phone died in normal use,it's HW (usually eMMC)
if phone died when flashing,try find dump or another alive phone for read dump
--
About ID,if you have error about not supporting ID it's normal because possible any revision pcb have a different ID,anyway ID is not problem because You can Ignore it from Advanced Setting like your log
