Attention to rocker team - GSM-Forum

I bought 8 months before Riff J tag box which is rocker team product now suddenly it’s stop working on new updates, when I bought there were no activation criteria so my understanding is there is no annual fee or other damages, but suddenly after this happened they asked me $ 80 which is hell of money if my community have 50 boxes it means $ 4000 just for nothing also they mentioned there is partners clash between rocker team which got effected to almost every customer also they declared one more thing that my box is cloned my question is if its cloned then why it was updating and downloading before directly from your company web site why stop working after your internal clash prove it to me and to all others who infected with your so called logic less decision or assumption if you could fail to prove it then release new updates for all.

my understandings are local team is poor and hungry right now and they introduced new idea to steal money from loyal customers better idea was they can bag from us so we can give same amount as grant and they don’t need to steal.
This decision makes us to leave this company and time to move on and post on every forum our experience with this company and not to believe in future on any product of rocker team.
My personal belief is if someone honest in rocker team he should reply me for my questions and try satisfies me and hundreds of customers like me.

My dear perhaps you are paying dearly for not having researched before buying your Riff Box, an authorized reseller for the team, just like you, other users also bought equipment cloned, which does not have the serial number of manufacturing Riff Box then the only way to minimize losses and reduce the inconvenience to those who in good faith bought their equipment imagining that they were the best Jtag box market, is to charge a fair value of $ 80 so that everyone can enjoy this extraordinary equipment. I feel sorry for you.

its feel like you are member of rocker team that's why you taking there side but thing is I bought with serial number which is original I am in this business since long time so I know which is cloned and which is not my original question was how it was possible to update and download with cloned box and other thing is if I had original serial number then why should I pay? again and again and other thing this is not the only one equipment in the market so if I want same services I will bought from others too. but good faith should be this they will release old customers updates those has original serial numbers according to there data and if they doesn't have any data then do release for all and strict for new customers and important thing is my questions belongs to rocker team rocker team should answer me on this forum.
