Bad block on Nand - GSM-Forum

Well, i have an t959 from telus (t959d) and after an software error and failed to format internal sd,i got stuck in a boot-looping phone.
later on I bought an riff and tried to resurrect it, and it said ok but did not boot at all, so i tried t959v resurrection and it boted, but stuck on galaxy s screen.
when i tried to re-flash it via full flash image files plugin on riff it said two bad blocks,
one on factoryfs an other in dbdatafs
exactly at at 0x0004480000
and 0x0015A80000

what should i do, both solution to handle bad block on jtag manager don't got it.
