0 replies.... why this kind of treatment with a customer??

where exactly do you find the problem? is it box registration or rather update.
please be a little detailed.
which os are you running on?
are the drivers correctly installed?
if simply updating, are you keying in the right password?
have you tried unplugging and replugging the box when it gets to the point of writing new firmware during the upgrade?
throw in some screenshots too.

for me problem is in box registration
firewall and antivirus disabled but same problem
box is fine
i cant understand is there a new registration to do or what to reactivate my box

same problem here....

I cant use latest version because they lost database, and my serial is not registered...

my box is original...... :/

I dont know where support is.......
