Cant get riff connected - GSM-Forum

Hi all I have just received Riff box and installed latest drivers and software on windows xp but the box will not start when I try and start Riff Jtag manager it says Riff box not found and try deleting the driver and using correct one which I have done and its connected via usb cable that works with my ns pro and se tool 3 so the lead is fine, can anybody help me thanks.

Also I noticed there is a smart card socket but I never got any smart card with the box, was I supposed to ?? thanks.

There is no smart card included with the box. It's optional for some future ideas.

As for problems with detecting box, best is to try another PC. Since You havent provided any precise informations, i can't say much about Your actual problem.

Thankls for that I tried it on my laptop same operating system xp running on it and it works on there but not on my desktop, the only difference is I have a few more unlocking boxes installed on the desktop, UB, NS PRO, POLAR BOX 2, SE TOOL 3, and RIM unlocking dongle, could Riff software or drivers be conflicting with any of these other boxes installed on my system, thanks for the help much appreciated.

which antivirus u are using!!
try to desable ur antivirus and install it again:P

install drivers manually to make sure no conflict between boxes
