Cant unlock HTC CHIEF (Ozone)

I have 3 htc chief for unlock orignal from movilnet venezuela


I can read unlock code for the phone test, it is the code:

You may need to upgrade ROM in order to enable simlock menu.

i try flash htc rom verizon but dont accept

what custom id for the phone accept any rom

any luck with this model i got same problem.

No need to upgrade rom... only follow the next steps... tested on ozone verizon USA...

1. Switch to GSM mode
2. Go to Personal
3. Go to Security
4. It will says "Please enter the sim unlock code to disable the SIM lock"
5. Enter unlock code.
6. Reboot.

That won´t work if the phone is not flashed to Verizon, because Movilnet Rom doesn´t have the sim unlock option, I flashed to Verizon and now appears sim unlock option, entered the code and worked perfect for me, but a problem remains, keyboard config changed after flash and now I want to flash it to movilnet again but I can´t find any movilnet Rom
