Connecting to the Updates Server...ERROR
ERROR: Couldn't connect to the Updates Server. Try again later.

please explain Team..

I already disable my antivirus and my net connection is good..

Hi,
You don't need to disable AV, it's better to add RIFF directory to exception list to both AV and Firewall.
Kaspersky for example, even if it's disabled, it wont let You download anything. But if You add RIFF exe and install directory to exception list, it will work.

even in no AV PC not work.. i also try your sugestion not work sir.. please guide me..

I tried in no Anti virus installed in PC and newly Format PC and also firewall is off.. same problem :

Connecting to the Updates Server...ERROR
ERROR: Couldn't connect to the Updates Server. Try again later.

I think the Problem is in the server? please kindly check.. Team..

No, problem is not with server, server is working fine.
Maybe there is some problem with Your ISP, in case that FTP traffic is blocked.

Please try to open riff home page (RIFF JTAG Box home page) and let me know if it works or not.

close thread, problem solved, server is problem i think.. same pc i used.. now its fine and working will.. Team hope sometimes tell us the truth..
