use box comport 1 to 10 and update again

Have the same problem.
Ports are up to no. 10 and still the same : RECOVERY (RIFFBOX1)
When box is updating going to 14% or 17% and show error.

Any solution?

Just Open RIFF JTAG Manager as Administrator.

Now all is ok.
Just change to another PC and update going ok.
