Wink Damaged box?

Hi,
I've encountered a problem with my box;
when I try to resurrect or unlock I'm receiving errors like this one:
Code:
Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.37, JTAG Manager Version: 1.56
Selected Resurrector: [HTC Desire X (PM6610000) V1.0.4841.63397]
 Connecting to the dead body...
ERROR: Set I/O Voltage to 2,60V failed. Real reading is 3,32V
Also I had an villec2 to repair boot and one to unlock and I couldn't proceed with them.
What's the problem?
Is there any controller that is providing Vref into the box and is damaged?
Wich one is that to replace it?
Thanks!

It is NOT a firmware problem. The conection with the device is the reason this error occurs.
Re-do wiring, use battery USB and ......ground the device!
