Dell Streak 5 LOCKED after full - GSM-Forum

Hello. Brought for repair Dell Streak5 that hangs on boot animation.Try different firmware (1.6,2.1,2.2), programs such as streakflash, QDLtool, too, the result is not good . full to the Riff-box as the author unlocked. Mashines was successfully deleted riff, and flash full, after which he joined and is working properly. But now mashines LOCKED to unknown carrier(By the way, and after wiping spills Full Imei have left their native mashines).

and if you press the Enter Code then the phone says that it remains 0 out of 10 attempts, but to enter the password provides.
The client says that the phone was unlocked, as bought in Kyivstar(Ukraine) store .

How could this happen? I even doubt that I will order code. Riff unlock does not. And more and do not have anything. Repeated flushing and filling Full to no avail. Maybe someone had a similar?

The proper way to flash this model in the future is to grab the Dell Streak full flash o2 locked file from the RIFF server. Then use the Qualcomm Partition Plugin and flash ALL zones except for SIM_Secure and Reserved.

There seems to be an issue where the dll overwrites something it should not.

can u post image of how to full flash dell streak with riff full flash file......

after extracting the file size is 132mb.......

As mentioned don't use FULL Flash options to write the file but yet use the Qualcomm Image Tool and do NOT write the SIM SECURE or RESERVED zones. Write all other zones.

I have a Dell streak wich is factory unlocked. I used the resurrector and i have a no SIM error. I checked and the Sim toolkit seems to recognize the sim, BUT no signal. I checked and seems to be a problem, CID and NID are wiped during resurrection or recovery of the device.
I used the QDL tool to restore the fastboot zone, then installed the official recovery and mounted the PKG image.
