Boot repair done but set doesent power one!

If i put charger only orange led is blink.
Sometimes if i try to power set vibrate 7 time.


Is my personal phone and i try to write a custom fimware, i make s-of, i unlock bootloader, i write custom recovery. Also i write super su.

I try to write flash and after restart set doesent power on.
