boot 0xfb7cc3a5
recovery 0x87b7fa13
system 0xa138cdc8

area simlock shows:
fat 32 init ok
open mccmnc file fail
open cid file fail

no posiiblity to hard reset

client try to flash this piece,
any solution to reapir ?

flash with latest RUU and s-off with xtc before flash

RUU is Rom Update Utility.. it measn HTC flash and flasher...

u have to do security-off to flash any rom with RUU..so use the xtc to do it..
