E15i Connection Problens - GSM-Forum

Hi

I am new to Riff so forgive me for being stupid how do I connect an E15i I am having big problems

I load up my Riff box S/W load up jtag tab

click connect to get ID then I get the output

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.28, JTAG Manager Version: 1.37
Selected Custom Target: [CORTEX-A8, 3.30V, TAP0]

Connecting to the CORTEX-A8 target...OK
Set I/O Voltage reads as 3.30V, TCK Frequency is RTCK

Target ID on TAP0: 0x203C00E1 - Connected OK

All seems ok but thats it any other attempts to use read memory etc all end up with error like below.

Reading Target Memory...ERROR
ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.

Any ideas much appreciated as I spent hours trying all the different combos.

Sorry fixed it hadnt downloaded the librarys.
