EMMC plugin problem with Samsung repair.

When trying repair samsung new security phones, that need to write boot from latest build firmware, phone still dead and partitions all blank after repowering phone.
And when i read 128mb rom1 address space from same working phone with latest fw and write it to dead, all works great.
So why when we write sbl1 sbl2 sbl3 aboot tz rpm from latest firmware, phone still dead? I tried on 3 phones(l720 i337).
Here on forum many such users, that can not repair phone with this way.
