Hi i make galaxy tab p1010 but jtag error have help me:

"iRam" use cpu-s RAM, while normal version uses DDRAM from board.

Flash phone with correct firmware.....
you need use latest firmware (3 piece file)+ PIT + Repartition

So,You need check eMMC...Maybe you need replace it
Also possible you need flash with other firmware version
