Error v9c repair boot - GSM-Forum

Hi sir legija I have a error for repair this phone.. ZTE V9C Movistar-Ecuador.

see log:

I search already about Detected dead body ID: 0x503C10E1 - WRONG!!!
and I try Read memory and I get this log:

Box Service - > Advanced Settings - > Disable IDCODE . . .

problem solved sir legija, but Now I have two more problems:

I flash with many roms firmwares (optus, generic, etc) and

1. The touchscreen no work after restart tablet.. or in First boot.. no work
only work 100% with INDIAN ROM 153870B0393GB_RLNC_V9CV1.0.0B03.

2. I can't connect to wifi.. MAC ADDRESS is missing... No available

Riff can repair this?
