error while repairing experia miro (st23i)


hi riff box team i am trying to repair experia miro st23i with riff box and its ginving this error

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.37, JTAG Manager Version: 1.55
Selected Resurrector: [SE ST23i V1.0.5179.40029]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x106030E1 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.62V, TCK Frequency is RTCK

is this means that chip is totally deamaged if not how to repiar and solve this error

Hi
Yes,It's mean eMMC damaged....but you have problem with TA when replace eMMC
Current DCC Loader only support boot repair,

So,Best Idea is Reball eMMC....Maybe Can Help...
