[Firewall Problem] RIFF help - GSM-Forum

Hello!I just bought the RIFF, how to download the full package?I downloaded
The RIFF Box USB Driver WinXP, Vista, Win7 32bit compatible
The RIFF Box USB Driver Win7 64 bit compatible.
After downloading and installation, click on Check for updates, can not be updated to display the error
Connecting to the the Updates Server ... the OK
Getting the Updates Information from the Server, ... ERROR
ERROR: Could not get the new the Updates the Information.
Which kind of friend is willing to help me?Thanks in advance

did u updated ur box firmware sir?

tick box firmware updte

the file is located in c:/programfiles/riffbox/firmwares.
