I cant update firmware
manager version 1.74

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Getting RIFF Box Info...OK
RIFF Box Firmware Version: RECOVERY (RIFFBOX1)

Connecting to the Updates Server...OK
Downloading new Firmware from Server...OK

Setting Update Mode...OK
Updating Box's Firmware...ERROR
ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.

U need to connect VPN and try to update

I try with VPN but not help. Box conect to server download new firmware and try write but after 5 % or 8% stop with error

1s setup 1.73 and update firmware 2nd use 1.48 and all ok
