yes if it is not hardware damage or too low batery than riff can repair software issues

try repair but always get error like this:

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.35, JTAG Manager Version: 1.49
Selected Resurrector: [HTC Explorer (PJ0310000) V1.0.4711.52064]

Connecting to the dead body...ERROR
ERROR: The RTCK Signal does not respond.

For First Step ,Please Check With Lower Speed

But,Please Check Soldered Wires,Then Connect Only USB Cable and Press Resurrect,if see "None of Detected" Please Connect Power Supply or Battrey Then Repeat

i try with lower speed
soldered wires is good.
i dont know every i will repair with riffbox always get error like this.
almost all device error like this.
