Will charge and can use BUT ONCE I power down phone will no longer charge or boot up. Some times shows up in device manager as QUSBXXXXX So issue with phone or jtag?? any advise Seller said bricked by rooting (when 1st rooting exploit occur long time ago) already tried just repair spl, and also tried all checked and also tried 256mb dump
