This is my problem Sir.
After RIFF restart, it does not ask me Login / Password, instead it is just spinning on
"connecting to the update server ..."

then decided to register it with the same gmail account and the same key
and after that the new took the place of the previous and the server does not recognize the previous

my Riff box was working perfectly suddenly it started giving me the above error when i try connecting to server to check for updates i have done all can with no luck how can i get help

Same issue here .Already contact BOSS legija over sonork but answer = change connection(broadband). Every thing works fine except RIFF. After download repair pack this issue occur. If it server problem why repair pack download easily? Actually to prevent clone Riff now customer / consumer faces bitter expression.
