Help LG E975 imei null and restarting

Please share full image emmc backup, I think loss baseband, i tried solve rewriting ( .img backup from another working device) this partitions :

M9KEFS1, M9KEFS2 and M9KEFS3
I tested with MODEM too, rooting and comands adb, but its restarting each 2 minutes, so connections loss continuity.

I saw 32 partitions, please post full for try with all.

Its SW problem, HW its ok , its died with another box through imxx repair
